Got to be a bit more specific, which GPU do you have? And what are you connecting it to, monitor or TV? But both of them usually have HDMI. So now it just depends on your GPU.

Then, yes you do, that GPU has a HDMI 2.0 port, most if not all monitor also has HDMI. So yes you should get one if you want to display anything on your monitor.

Okay, just connect the cable on the GPU on the back of your computer case and connect the other end to your monitor and you should display with no problems.
