Do i need an upgrade?

Apparently i need an upgrade...

My specs:

Mobo: Asus Z170 Deluxe
Cpu: 6700k
Ram: 16GB Dominator Plat 3200MHZ
Video: EVGA GTX 1080 Hybrid
OS Ssd: Intel 120GB
Ssd: PNY 240GB
HYBRID SSD: 700GB
Hdd: 2GB

Whenever I Add or Remove a hard drive it boots as BOOTMGR..! absolutely do not spend your money on the Asus Z170 Deluxe.. S300 down the drain! I have tried every setting whether it made any sense or not.

I am a Asus fanboy too but this motherboard has an iq of 3
