Do i need better fans?

do i need to add a filter to the case and better fans for the case? there the Slandered case fans i think.

it comes with 2 red LED fans

another question is

should i use high grade thermal stuff on my CPU when i add better fan to it??.....
if so what type, i might b able to get this at my computer shop or bestbuy. xD

(i got everything in the mail just forgot to get a DVDRW drive (now im thinking of getting BLUERAY instead xD)

i desided to make my own fliters, i did by a blue LED 120mm fan tho. 2 for 7.08 (cheaper going with 2 then 1.) and a DVD RW...the sad thing is looking for my power cord to my screen i cant find it.. (go fig i left it alone and never looked for the cord tell now, im going to walk down to wallmart and buy 1 for now.... need a power stip anyway because my APC only makes a high pitched sound now and i dono what to do.. it lasted long atlest. it was 510 ( i think ) 79 bucks at the time... 2000 i think i got it in...

I'd be interested in how you make the filters. Parts used, where you bought them etc. I might try that myself!
