Installing integrated drivers over your discrete drivers is a very bad idea, and poor advice to give.

Only download drivers you need, please don't "give it a try". it could easily muck up your discrete drivers.
You could download that and give it try if it's the correct driver for your system or read the warning on the Intel site about using that download..pretty much up to you.

About Intel® Drivers

The driver or software for your Intel® component might have been changed or replaced by the computer manufacturer. We recommend you work with your computer manufacturer before installing our driver so you don’t lose features or customizations.

See list of manufacturers’ Support websites.

It won't help your CPU any.
If you have a discrete graphics card don't install the intel drivers - you don't need or want them.
If you don't have a discrete graphics card - windows probably already updated them for you.
hit start, type DXDIAG, hit enter, go to the display tab, and check out what driver version you have.
