Do I need ECC RAM for a ProLiant DL320 G5p?

I recently got an HP ProLiant DL320 G5p for free It's a great server, and isn't too hot or loud. The only problem is, I'm using FreeNAS, and 4GB RAM isn't enough. I looked and 8GB RAM for the ProLiant DL320 G5p is like $100 on eBay, which isn't happening on a server that is worth about half that. 1) do I need to buy RAM that says it's for the DL320 G5p, and do I need to use ECC, or will regular DDR2 work?

So you can buy any DDR2 800MHz ECC RAMs for that server.
