[SOLVED] do I need external cooling units?

Hi,
building new PC for RTX 3080, the only cooling unit is get, is the CPU fan, nothing else, do I need to buy more cooling unit ? the case also has some fans.

The more fans, the better. The larger fans, the better.

At least 2 intaking fans in the front and 1 outblowing fan in the back.

For CPU: either air-cooler with 2 fans ( 1 blowing, 1 taking air, that means both are blowing into same direction).
Or AIO-cooler with radiator in top adn fans blowing out.

I do have 2 front intake, 1 back outblowing and 360 aio with topmounted radiator.
Very good results with my 3950x and 2080 super even on the hot days with about 30 degrees in my room.
