Do i need motherboard drivers to connect ethernet

So i freshly built a pc and installed the windows. I tried to connect to the internet with ethernet and it didnt recognise it. So do i need to install the drivers of the motherboard in order to connect to the internet via ethernet ?

Yes, and it must be the proper driver. If this is W10 then the LAN W10 driver for this Mobo.
