do i need RAID drivers and if so what are they

im building a new system with this motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

do i need RAID drivers im going to run a 840 evo 120GB driver for os and a few games and a 1 tb segate for mass storage so do i need RAID driver and if so there pre install ones? what are they and when do i instal them and how
 
Solution
You do not need raid for that. That is a simple OS drive/file storage drive setup.

Raid is for identical sized drives for either striping (Raid 0) to make them faster, or redundancy (raid 1, raid 5) for backing up. Normal users can use RAID, but its most commonly seen in NAS or Server setups.
