Do I need to add particular folders to a second SSD?

This is probably a dumb question but I just got a second SSD, it works fine. One thing I was kind of concerned with was that on my C drive I have program files and program files x86 and windows usually knows to which to install to, right? So, do I need to set up my new SSD so that its like my C drive or what? Right now I just have a single folder in there called "games" lol.

You can use it anyway you want. I usually keep my own stuff (documents, pictures etc) on separate disk / partition to ease upgrades / backup.
