Do i need to buy a new cooler if im upgrading my cpu from an fx-8320 to a fx-8370

quick question so my pc turns off once a day randomly without giving me any warning, and then when i go into my system information it says 12/19/2017 4:21 AM Windows Error Reporting Fault bucket 0x124_AuthenticAMD_PROCESSOR_BUS_PRV, type 0

Cab Id: d5a897a5-6b2f-477d-9011-b32b726bc742 and obviously alot more but i was wondering if my problem would be my processor because the pc turns on as soon as it shuts off and the power supply isnt hot at all, just wondering.
