Hi, I'm trying to update my PC to Windows 11 from Windows 10 but the PC health check says that secure boot isn't supported on my PC. I looked into and the msinfo32 command says my pc is in legacy mode with Secure Boot unsupported.

Also, when I installed the new mobo and cpu I couldn't use my PC without CSM enabled.

If I clean install windows 10 would that put me in UEFI or Bios mode and allow me to upgrade to Windows 11?
Clean installing windows 11 would be a bad idea, right?

Specs:
MOBO: Asus B660 Plus D4
SSD: Samsung 870 QVO 2TB
GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: Intel Core i5-12400f
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 CL15 Memory

A new motherboard indicates a fresh install, no matter which OS.

Win 10 or 11 first depends on whatever license you currently have.

A clean install would get me out of legacy mode?

I don't know much about pc but I am sure you can enable secure boot in bios.
It says secure boot is unsupported because its not enabled not because its not there
good luck.
It doesn't boot when I enable UEFI Only. I think it goes deeper than just having to enable secure boot. It would've just said off in the system info then.
Thank you though.
