Ok, so i built my very first pc like 3 months ago. I am brand new to the whole thing so I had no idea what drivers were and how to install them. Do you think i really need to install drivers at this point? everything has been working great. Here are my parts:
Motherboard: Asrock b450m pro4 micro atx am4
Graphics Card: MSI Radeon RX 570 8 GB ARMOR OC Video Card

I know these parts may not be the best I have a very tight budget but I like them.

Do you think i need to install drivers for them? If so were and how?

Thanks will this harm my pc in anyway or make a noticeable difference? If not do I really need to install these?

If 1, 2 and 3 wasn't done then yes you have to do these.

Chipset drivers is installing a lot of necessary things for your system. It tells Windows 10 how to use your hardware correctly. It will install a new Power Plan in Windows 10 especially for your CPU. You absolutely need these.

GPU drivers is for your graphics card. Expect games to not start or some issues if you keep using the one Windows 10 installed for you. You have to install the latest GPU drivers from time to time to keep up with the games requiring more recent version of the drivers to be used.

Windows Updates needs to be done. That's not optional either.

You can skip LAN and Audio drivers if you want.

This will not harm your PC in any ways. These drivers are required. Even if your system was running ok. I'd say you're lucky that you didn't encounter some instability issues or something.

Thanks! I am just really scared to install the drivers and I don't want to do the safe boot or make a copy of my hard drive thanks for your help. I will definitely use this information in the future if I get the courage.
