Do I need to Install GPU drivers to have Internet Access?

Recently, I bought a Gtx 1050ti MSI 4gb OC and after I installed my card I noticed that there is no internet connection (a caution sign) but if I connect to other PC there is a connection and in Wifi also. I was wondering if I need to install the gpu software driver to have internet access

Try installing new internet drivers from realtek
