Question do i need to install/uninstall any driver or anything before/after installing the new CPU?

Hi, my cpu i5-4670k, mobo- gigabyte z87x-ud3h, os-windows10

So i'm upgrading to i7 4790k , do i need to install/uninstall any driver or anything before/after installing the new CPU?
