Question Do i need to overclock my CPU?d do

Im not sure if I need to overclock my cpu, ive been trying to stream recently (Rainbow six siege specifically) and its been using a lot of cpu, lagging my stream, but when I play it feels fine and smooth and the audio is clean. Are there any ideas on what I should do?

Here are my specs:
Intel- i7-9700k
RTX 2080 Overclocked
16gb DDr4 3200 mhz
