The integrated GPU is the one device whose driver you needn't bother removing because when you install a PCI/PCIe GPU the integrated one is automatically disabled in the BIOS (or you disable it manually in the BIOS depending on your motherboard model).
That means it's driver won't be loaded anyway when Windows starts up, so it can't possibly conflict with any other driver.
You can remove the driver if you want to but there's no need. It's a good idea to leave it be in case you need to use the integrated GPU again (eg PCI/PCIe graphics card failure) without any hassle since you won't have to find and re-install it's driver because it will still be on the system.
