Do I need to upgrade my PSU?

I recently purchased the Nvidia GeForce 750 Ti and I am wondering if I will need to upgrade my PSU. My computer is a HP Pavilion 424-500 and if I do need to upgrade it can you recommend me a PSU that will fit into my PC.

You will not only need to upgrade you PSU, you'll need to upgrade your processor, motherboard and RAM, otherwise that GeForce will be bottlenecked. You might be better off buying a new computer from scratch.
