Do I need to upgrade my PSU?

I plan on upgrading my GT 640 to a GTX 750 ti, an I was wondering if i needed to upgrade my PSU.

Right now I have a 350w PSU and here are my specs:

i5-4440s
8Gb DDR3 RAM
GT 640
ASUS H81M-A Mobo
1Tb Harddrive

Do I need to get a higher wattage PSU or is a 350w fine?

If your gt 640 running fine than gtx 750 ti should work too because they power consumption is pretty much the same but it would be good if you can get some 500w with good quality just to be safe

As long as it's not a 750ti that requires additional PCIE power it should be able to run and the PSU has to be good quality.

I personally would buy a XFX 550W.

Upgrade to 500 just to be safe. You don't have to upgrade it as your GTX 750 Ti can run on 350 W, but that might damage it.
