Do i need to upgrade RAM?

While playing Rise of The Tomb Raider, fps was dropping a lot to around 1-7 fps from 75-80 fps.
Also, I'm not able to do any other process while gaming other games too. Is this happening because of having low RAM or is it something else?
FYI,I checked up the memory while playing, its above 90% always.
PC specs:
processor: Intel i5-6402p 2.8 ghz
MB: gigabyte h110m-s2
GPU: zotac gtx 1060 amp edition
RAM: 4gb ram of corsair valueselect
HDD: Seagate 500gb hdd
PSU: corsair 500w

Yea, your RAM is WAY too low. You should have at least 12GB minimum.

8GB is the minimum system requirements for games, you will still have FPS drops, lag and issues. Go 12GB or higher. Most people are currently using 16GB of ram.
