Okay I just got a new graphics card today (evga 750ti ftw edition) and it says it's recommended to have a 400watt psu rather than my little 350psu. I rebuilt my computer on pcpartpicker and it gave me an estimated wattage usage of 239watts. Do I REALLY need to spend like 50 dollars on a 500watt one? or will it be okay the way it is. specs- amd fx 4300, evga 750ti ftw (Not installed yet) msi 760GM-P34, 8gig ddr3 1600 ram, 1TB hd

Also, the EVGA FTW edition of the card requires at least a single PCIe 6-pin power connector.

Well sunshine, that's where you're wrong. I believed you at first Tiny but I just wanted to double check, so I took off the back panel and boom, 2 6-pins, I've installed my 750ti ftw and that's what I am using to type this right now! I guess my pc is a little different but it seems that all of the cords they didn't use they stuffed in the back. Thanks for your help though!

It's a Thermaltake, and I guess they just stuffed everything they didn't use behind the motherboard and I found 2 six pin connectors which brings up another question. Why does it have 2 six pins when I cannot do sli because there is only 1 psi express slot?

Unless the sticker on the side that says 350watts is lying then I don't know what to tell you.
