Do I really need to replace my internal hard drive?

Last week I got a notification that said "Windows detected a hard disk problem" and that I should backup my files (I already had a backup of everything) after that I used the program Hard Disk Sentinel to check my hard drive and the health percentage was at 36%, then I ran the program HDD Regenerator just to see if it could fix something, it said it fixed 708 bad sectors and now Hard Disk Sentinel says health is at 70%.

I want to be really sure if I have to replace the hard drive cause some programs say it's working okay and others say it's not, I'll leave the results here to see if maybe someone can tell if any part is in critical state and if it's necessary to replace the hard drive.

These are the results I got from different programs:

Solution
Typically a good idea to replace a drive while it is failing, not after it has completely failed.

You can use the drive but sectors will continue to die. Should you install anything to it, or use it for storage, random sectors will go missing over time. Which could make a program, file, operating system corrupt in an instant.

Really not worth using a dying drive.

It's not clear. For example, it says "warranty replacement is not yet possible" but that's not an official drive manufacturer program so I'm not quite sure how it can state that.

You appear to have a HITACHI drive so the proper procedure is to run the Drive Fitness Test:
http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads

If that passes then it likely doesn't have enough issues to quality for a Warranty Return.

If it's not an Hitachi drive follow the appropriate instructions from the hard drive manufacturer.

@photonboy I'm not looking for a warranty replacement, I purchased my laptop almost two years ago and it's not under warranty anymore, I just want to know if it's truly necessary to change the hard drive before buying a new one.
