From what I understand, in order to print from Chromebook, I have to have another printer attached to a standard computer, online and configured to run off google cloud. Is this correct?
That it is not possible to print directly from the chromebook itself.

Thanks

No, it is not possible to print directly from a Chromebook because Chromebooks do not have printer drivers and you cannot install printer drivers (or any drivers) to a Chromebook.

You will need to connect a network printer (connects to your router with a wireless connection) in order to print. You cannot use a printer that only has a USB connection like my HP LaserJet 1020 (link below). If I had a Chromebook then that printer would be useless to me.
