Question Do I upgrade my CPU or GPU for more frames? I can only upgrade 1 for now. (for gaming)

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 6 Core(s)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 Series

For gaming as well as streaming from time to time, I stream now at 1080p@60FPS with no frames dropped so it's pretty good.
The FPS I get with this set up is good, I'm able to run high graphics in all games I play but I just want to upgrade cause why not.
I know nothing about computers so this is why I'm making this post.
I'm also going to be buying 8GB more of RAM as well as an SSD, on top of the CPU or GPU upgrade.

So, do I upgrade my CPU or GPU? For more frames.
Also if you could tell me what I could upgrade to, that would be fantastic.
I'm able to spend about $200-$250.

Your current gpu is pretty ok already.
For any significant gpu upgrade you'l need more budget than that.

So GPU is fine for now then? Should I upgrade my CPU? My CPU usage gets pretty high when I play games, just being on google chrome it's high, like 40-50%, I'm pretty sure that's not good. I'm getting 8GB more RAM on top of my 8GB already plus an SSD.

You could upgrade cpu to i7-8700, but your budget is too low for that too. You'd have to increase it to at least $300.
