Do intel K CPUs and Non K perform the same with the same clock speed clock for clock?

Do intel K CPUs perform the same as their non K counter parts with both at the same clock speeds?
For example
i7 3770 @3.9ghz vs 3770k @3.9ghz
i7 7700 @ 4.2 ghz vs 7700k @4.2ghz
i7 8700@ 4.6 ghz vs 8700k @ 4.6ghz

Yes, they are essentially the same chip just at different speeds, one with an unlocked multiplier.
Though, you would never really see a non K processor running at K series speeds.
