Do the manufacturers include high quality cables with their monitors. If your monitor is 120Hz, does it it ship with HBR 3 cables, a cable that can allow monitor to max out?

My aoc monitor shipped with two display port cables that allows you to max out.

Regarding your other thread, if 4k 144Hz, the monitor will be shipped with an HBR3 certified cable.

Vesa has a certification program for separate cable manufacturers. All monitor manufacturers and cables they supply are certified and tested.

Thanks for the help. It seems common sense to ship your monitor with the right cables. However, you can't take things for granted these days.
