I just spent two months trying to get my monitor from Jazz Technology. I guess that I must have really wanted to keep my 14" Shamrock monitor, and didn't know it. They are difficult or impossible to contact, and showed no real want to do anything but deprive me of my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESELLER!!

I'm another Shamrock owner. Mine is 17" .26mm DP, so good enough for now.

Bought a DVD burner from them once...last time I ordred from them. I purchased Nero with it, and I got a proprietary Nero that doesn't work on any of my burners, and the Burner's box had been ransacked of it's blank media (seal broken, papers tattered, media missing).

Last time I'll touch them.

Oh, and before I even found out Nero was for a specific drive/brand, I had to call them to get the CD-Key, as it did not come with one. (Didn't bring up the DVD-R issues, as I open that box until that evening, and just let it be when found).

Too much fish for my belly.
