I have 2 gtx 760s and the corsair h80i gt water cooler cooling my fx6350, 1 tb hard drive and 16gbs of ddr3 ram and all ove this powered by a 750watt psu. My question is will i be able to add the fx9590? I hear that a 750wat will be able to handle it just fine.

Has to be one of these:

ASRock 970 Performance
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
ASRock Fatal1ty 970 Performance
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
ASRock 990FX Extreme6
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5
ASRock 990FX Extreme9
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z

Seem a rhetoric question.
The problem is we can't know exactly.

Your motherboard/cpu could take 50 watts to 150 watts.
corsair h80i should be around 10-20watts.
hd is around 5-10watts.
fx9590 is up to 220 watts.
gtx 760 is around 160 watts. (x2)

This give us roughtly 720 watts.
And to be fair, your unknow psu could not deliever 100% efficiency so on 740W.

This give us a PSU loaded at 97% on high load...

At my opinion, you are borderline.
The problem is you're in the grey zone.
Could work fine for years or just reset in your first demanding game.

2 options:
1. you can try it and be sure that your next buy on this PC is a psu.
2. Try a Watt meter (Kill a Watt, UPS,...) to know how much you use in a demanding game (high load). If you are under 480 Watts, you can give a try (thinking it's should work).
