[SOLVED] Do rubber/silicon fan screws work in Fractal Meshify C?

Fractal Meshify C doesnt have screw holes for fans. It has these long rectangular openings instead of holes (they allow you to slide the fan up and down to place them precisely where you want them to be).

Im using metal screws now but my Noctua NF-A14 came with rubber/silicone ones. Do these fit in these long rectangular openings? My hunch is no but wanted to check with you guys before I spend an hour trying to unscrew the metal screws and another hour screwing them back (these metal things are the hardest things to screw+unscrew....)

Yes they do work but may slide down very slowly over time in vertical notch fan mounts. Once the settle they do not move any more.

An hour? Come on, I can remove all 4 metal screws of a fan in about 20 seconds (by hand, less with a drill). They're very coarse threads since they're threading into plastic. I get it, un-routing and re-routing cables and such. But it shouldn't take you 2 hours to do that.
