Everything looks ok except 12V line *(can be program glitch) but you need check this manually with multimeter on PSU output 12V

Some GPUs are very sensitive for 12V line quality, your PSU is still in ATX norms (+/-5% ) but in good PSUs max/min 12v line difference is around 1% or less.
PSU model, brand and how old is ?

Anyway low qaulity PSU is main reason for many cases GPU and HDD failure.
