Hello I would like to ask if a corsair hydro h115i extreme performance would fit in a strix rog x370-f gaming motherboard and an nzxt s340 case

The H115i is compatible with your case BUT only can be installed in front of your case. Regarding the motherboard it is also supported but just be sure to get the AM4 bracket.

Yes the case supports the 2X140mm radiator in front only.
