Do these parts work together, and what motherboard should I use?

These are the only pieces I am buying and want to know if they work together so far and what motherboard I can also add to it that would be under $85, it says for the CPU and RAM may not be compatible unless I do something. Can I still use these pieces and not have to configure anything? And please also add a working motherboard to the build and link it.

I have all of these parts except for the CPU and a motherboard and want to know if everything works together with my ddr3 ram and stuff.

Also, does this secondary build work? It says something about the BIOS and cpu, do I really have to do that or will it just work when I put those parts in the PC
