Do X470 motherboards require an update?

Likely going to be getting a Ryzen 2600, would an X470 motherboard require an update, or were they built at the same time as the second-gem CPUs?

No it will work out of the box but if there is a bios update I would install it

height is 60mm with the fan or should be according to the specs.
