You need to share your entire system specifications for anyone to be able to give you accurate information. Your PSU can only handle 480W on the 12V rail so depending on what else is in your system it could go either way.

The NVidia web site recommends a 600W PSU for the 3060 Ti, but they might believe you'll be using a modern CPU with a higher TDP when boosting.

The 3060 Ti requires a nominal 200W at full power The 2600X is 95W TDP. You're now up to roughly 350W. So long as you don't push the system too hard it, the Seasonic should cope. If not, you know what to change.

It's a very old PSU .I would replace it soon.
This is bad advice there is no reason to arbitrarily replace a decent power supply just because it's old.
Old group regulated PSU with missing protection features. I don't recommand it to use with recent GPUs.
Like what? It adheres to ATX v2.3 which was the last significant update to ATX prior to 3.0. Barring this person coming up with something real this is also bad advice.

ATX2.3 is a specification introduced over 15 years ago and requires a balanced load between 5v and 12v. There's ATX2.4 that requires DC-DC on the minor rails to support C6/C7 states and zero load @5v and 12v.

With a group regulated PSU adding more load to the 12v rail with little to no 5v usage can cause a crossload that can make the voltage on the rails to go out of spec. On the Seasonic it likely won't be bad enough to cause damage(unlike lesser quality units) but it may cause restarts or other stability issues. A 3060ti is going to use ~50-75w more than a 1070.

Due to the power modern systems use, group regulated PSUs are not recommended.

In the short term it will probably be ok, but I suggest starting to look for a replacement for the long term.
