Bent GPU. Could be one of the possibilities. Maybe the power supply isn't that great too, and maybe faulty.
Do you have, in your area, someone that can check your power supply?

even though after I changed the thermal paste of my GPU and there was a significant drop in temps by around 20'C lower from 80'C to 60'C on the GPU and from 100'C to 80'C on hotspots, after running furmark for around 10 minutes my Pc shuts downs again. At this point I have no idea what to do other than play games that are not that GPU intensive until I get a new GPU or go back to the GTX 1650

Oh, you're assuming that your PC shutdowns/reboots are related to your GPU? I assumed that the problem was related to you running XMP on two unmatched RAM sticks. That's why I had suggested that you purchased a matched kit or at the least, leaving XMP off. The fact that you have to keep re-enabling XMP led me to believe that the system was trying to stabilize itself, despite the unmatched RAM sticks that you installed. Whichever the solution, I hope that your PC issues get resolved quickly. Sorry for all of your trouble.

By the way, I still recommend that you reach out to the motherboard manufacturer and tell them your troubles. Also, it's critical that you mention the unmatched RAM sticks, as I think that's an important piece of information. I would not however, mention that you took the GPU apart, as that'll likely confuse their troubleshooting process unnecessarily.

Sorry for any confusion, I just added on the XMP to see if that could narrow down my problem

the bent on the gpu is your issue since the cooler could not lower the temp on this part so for a used gpu your option is to use it a minimal settings it might work longer .
what Temp limit should i put it on it run around 65'C at 100% load
