Do You Have to Buy Your Own Cables

I was just wondering for a red/black build if I would have to get my custom cables if I want them to be the same color as everything else. Where can I get them? URL? This may or may not be a stupid question ha.

These ones are great and pretty cheap. I recommend them. Just keep the cables that came with it out of site and use the extenders in view.
