I'm wondering because I'm almost finished a build of my first PC, and this will be the highest single power user I've plugged in it. I've had a TV, PS4, laptop and heavy wattage speakers plugged in all at the same time before without trouble however.

In case youre wondering the PC includes an i7 9700k, 2080 GPU, and 850w PSU. I wouldn't want this thing frying on its highest load because of a extension.

Solution
You could, your pc do pull less wattage than a microwave.

Though it’s preferred to use wall sockets, as extension quality varies from unit to unit.
