Do you prefer mouse/keyboard or controller?

Which do you prefer? I'm thinking to buying an Xbox controller for games like Alice Madness Returns or GTA IV, but also I don't have problems with them in FPS like Left 4 Dead. More than a question is about hearing your opinion.

Your asking on a PC forum, so your going to get most people saying M/KB.

I mainly use M/KB, though some games like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and Dark Souls I definitely prefer a controller (a PS3 Dualshock emulated as an X360 controller in software). If I were to play racing games at all I would probably use it for those.
But yeah, vast majority of games I will play with M/KB.
