Depends what you are putting in there. Low end low heat stuff, sure. High end high heat, nope.

I'm going to put A8-9600 but soon upgraded to 2600 with GTX 1660 super and 16GB of RAM

It will work but your temps will be on the higher end of acceptable.

i advise you to get a case would support ATX so you will not have issue installing the gfx, 20$ extra is worth for a case.
