Do you want to change the color scheme to improve performance

Hello,

I recently built my new configuration and I was playing Black Ops 2 and Far Cry 3 for 2 days with no problem, but today I got this pop up - Do you want to change the color scheme to improve performance? -

it happened when I was playing Black Ops II. I did not feel any FPS Lag or something. Today, I also installed Rocket Dock so maybe it's happening because of it.

Here is my configuration:

Intel i5 3570 3.4 GHZ
8GB Kingston HyperX 1600 MHZ
Saphire Radeon 7850 1GB
Motherboard Asus P8H 77-M le
500 GB Seagate barracuda
120 GB Vertex 3 OCZ SSD
Silverstone 600 W power suply

What it is asking is to change the start bar etc. to use less ram. i think you can turn it off.
