Question DOCP not working after BIOS update with no hardware changes

Running a 5600X on a ASUS ROG Strix B550-A, with T-Force 3200 CL16 memory. All was fine, memory was running well under DOCP. I just updated my BIOS to 3607, as I plan to upgrade my CPU in the near future. After the update, the memory displayed as 2400, and when I try to enable DOCP it boots to black screen telling me to hit F1, and go into safe mode. If I leave it on AUTO my PC boots fine - but the memory is stuck at 2400.

How can I get DOCP working again?

I can try, but why did DOCP stop working with the new BIOS update? Do I need to take out the battery to clear CMOS?
