I regularly save text in a document file.
Previously, on windows 10, when changing some text windows would ask if you want to exit without updating.
Now on W11, it just goes ahead and updates with any changes you made.
Normally not a problem.
But, if mistakes were made in the document they are changed.
An inadvertent mistake or fumble fingers would commit the change.
With the old save/cancel option, such a mistake could be easily corrected.
I have not yet found the place where I could change the default action for exiting a documents file to ask if I wanted to save or not.
