i want to get upgrade to 32gb of ram with 3600mhz and AMD say the 4600g only support to 3200mhz.
2 cheapest option that i can find :
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB 3200MHz DDR4CMK16GX4M1E3200C16 - 60$
G.SKILL Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3600MHz DDR4 F4-3600C18D-32GTZN - 70$

You gain on speed but lose on delay......cl16 vs cl18.
The result may be a wash.

In this case the difference is negligible.

3200mhz CL16 is roughly on par with 3600mhz CL18. With one exception. It also depends on what your FCLK is run at. With 3200mhz mem clock and 1600mhz FLCK, you get best latency. This is best for Zen 2 processors which yours is. You could go to 3600mhz/1800mhz FLCK, but if your CPU doesn't react well with it, you may have to run it at slower speeds.

As pointed out, your CPU supports up to 3200mhz ram, any higher there is a chance it may not work, but very likely it will work. Also as suggested, choosing ram tested on the QVL for your mobo, is a good way to go.

3200 CL16 and 3600 CL18 will perform basically the same, with a Ryzen CPU. I wouldn't buy that Corsair kit though. They have been known not to play well with Ryzen chips.
