Does a dual fan gtx 1060 fit my case

I have a fractal design core 1000 usb 3.0 Im thinking about buying a evga gtx 1060 sc, but then im worried about the temps and all that. But the dual fan one is like 20€ more. Will i be fine with the one fan model ?
