Does a hewlett-packard 3031h support GT 1030 or ASUS GTX 650 Ti

Hi, My motherboard is a hewlett-packard 3031h and i was wondering if my motherboard supports a nvidia gt 1030 or a " ASUS GTX 650 Ti " that i am going to buy, i will use a external PCI Express 1X To 16X PCIE Riser Card

Yes it should.
I would go for GT1030 personally, just don't take DDR4 version. Get a DDR5 version of that card.
