Does a pentium 4 processor support 500 gb hard disk???

Hello,
I've a Pentium 4 PC. and now i want to upgrade my computer.I'm planning to add 500 GB Sat hard disk and 1 GB graphics card. So can anyone tell me that will my Pentium 4 support 500 GB Sat hard disk and which graphics card should i prefer????

Assuming that your motherboard has a Sata port on it, then there will be full compatibility. The CPU doesn't really have much of anything to do with hard drive compatibility.

I personally wouldn't waste the money on a beefy graphics card for that system. There will be such an enormous bottleneck from the CPU/Memory that you probably won't even have any major benefits.
