Does a Powersupply Heat up?

I am now running a second powersupply that is running all my extra case fans, and since the powersupply itself has a built in fan, it sort of makes sense to put it in the case to push some air around, but i am wondering if anyone would object to this idea, I have had it running with just the fans hooked to it and the power supply is still cold to the touch, so i cant see it adding to the case temperature, but thought i would pass it by the general community here and see your thoughts on the subject. is there any reason not to put this second ps in the case.???

oh and just a side note, Wacom tablets rock, I am using a 9x12 intuos for my graphics work,

yes, your powersupply will heat up. The right cooling will keep it cool.

Yes, the power supply heats up, but this is more than offset by the amount of air drawn out by it's fan.

If the 2nd PSU is inside your case and not venting air to the outside then it is ADDING heat to the total system.

Yes, but not so much that you would notice, if the fan were to stop, you would certianly notice then

Anything with electricity running through it heats up.

Ok, what I should say is that if your extra power supply is blowing it's fan out the back of the case it REMOVES more heat than it adds. That is, it evacutes air from inside the case faster than it can heat it.
