Question Does a RAM upgrade mess with storage space ?

I just upgraded my RAM with two 16 slots today and now my storage is just completely full ?

system RAM has absolutely nothing to do with how much storage space would be available.

It has all the stuff I had on it before but I swear it wasn't too close to being full. Could be that I just noticed that it was full after the upgrade but I don't remember downloading much.

include a screen capture of Windows' Disk Management.

it's possible something happened in regard to the partitions, drive layout, etc.

There are couple of things that can take more space on disk with more RAM.
Pagefile.sys and Hiberfill.sys. First one can be limited in size and second one disabled and deleted if you are not using Hybrid Sleap feature.
