Question Does a rugged touchscreen portable display exist ?

For rugged display, best would be military grade.
E.g those offered by EIZO,

Took a random sample from their lineup, and e.g Talon RGD2443W does offer touchscreen as well, as one of the manufacturing options,

You can't get any more rugged than those, since these displays are designed and purpose built for the use inside the military vehicles (ships, planes, APC, tanks etc) and do meet the proper certification.
