Does a Ryzen 5 2600 turbo speeds to 3.9Ghz on all cores?

Does it boost up to 3.9GHz on all cores or its just depends?

When all cores a re being utilized, the chip cannot hold the turbo clock - the max turbo clock is actually only for a single fully stressed core, the all-core turbo is slightly lower. You can probably overclock it to achieve 3.9 GHz on all cores, though.

If I am not mistaken, you can achieve 3.9GHz for all 2600 cores on Ryzen processors as long as you have the needed power and if the temps are all ok.
Ryzen line-up is quite sensitive to temp. If you plan to do that, really make sure you have the appropriate cooling system.

How many cores are going how high depends on the working load. Make sure you check what you get the right way.
