Does Acer KG271U Abmiipx work well with Gsync?

Has anyone tried the Acer KG271U Abmiipx with Gsync and if so how well if at all did it work? I'm trying to find a 1440p 144hz 27in monitor that works well with gsync for around the $300 mark I saw the Acer XG270HU on newegg refurbished for $300 but they sold out pretty quickly.

my Samsung monitor (2k 144hz 27 inch curved free sync) works nicely with g-sync and is about 400$ on amazon (tho my country sucks, and I paid LITERALLY 820$ FOR IT)

That's a little above my price range, the Acer XG270HU is like $360 on newegg and If I go above the $300 mark I'd just get that one as it Nvidia Certified. but I really wanna stay at $300 or less.

well, that monitor has free sync on display port, and your gpu has dp too, it SHOULD work, but no one can guarantee it.

Yea, I know, it's not Nvidia certified and some people may have success with it, whereas others might not, I'm just trying to see if anyone has any luck at all. I may just go with the Acer XG270HU since it's Nvidia certified but it's also another $60-70 and i'm already spending a small fortune on a new GPU and Ram.
